FINISHED QUILTS / QUILT TOPS / OTHER HAND MADE PRODUCTS: Will be shipped by Express Post at no cost to our customers. Quilts are machine quilted unless noted otherwise. Satisfaction is fully guaranteed. Quilts, quilt tops and other had crafted products, other than custom orders, may be returned for a full refund, including shipping, handling charges if returned in the same condition as sent to buyer.

PINE NEEDLES PATTERNS / COMFY COUNTRY CREATIONS PATTERNS / PINE NEEDLES & COMFY COUNTRY CREATION KITS: Will be shipped by regular ground post. These items can be shipped via Express Post if that option is selected at time of order.

• Express Post shipments are charged as a flat fee.
• For orders of one to ten patterns or kits, select the Express Post option only once.
• When purchasing eleven or more kits or patterns, orders will be shipped automatically by Express Post at NO additional charge to our customers.

These options do not apply to patterns or kits supplied by Affiliate Companies.

COMFY COUNTRY CREATIONS IN HOUSE BOOK LIBRARY: Books offered from the Comfy Country Creations Book Library are shipped as is by regular ground post. These books can be shipped via Express if that option is selected at time of order.

• Express shipments are charged as a flat fee.
• For orders of one to four books, select the Express shipping option only once.
• When purchasing five or more books, orders will be shipped automatically by Courier or Express at NO additional charge to our customers. Shipping by Courier or Express will depend on weight.

These options do not apply to books supplied by Affiliate Companies.

Return policy: We will accept returns without question for a full refund including shipping, handling charges if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped to customer. The customer must notify us that the item(s) will be returned within 24 hours of receiving item(s) and ship it back in the same way it was shipped (i.e. Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS) within five days. Returns are not accepted after five (5) days without prior approval.

International Return Policy: We will accept returns without question for a full refund except shipping charges if item(s) are returned in the same condition as shipped to customer. The customer must notify us that the item(s) will be returned within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) and ship it back in the same way it was shipped (i.e. Express mail, Priority Mail, UPS) within five days. When returning items, CUSTOMS FORMS must be marked "RETURNED MERCHANDISE" and the value noted at the RETAIL PRICE of the item in US DOLLARS.

If you would like us to wrap, personalize and ship your gift directly to your friend or family member just follow these easy steps:

1)When you place your order on our shopping cart please fill in the alternate shipping address provided.
2) Send us an E-mail with your order number and the following information. Name of person receiving the gift, your personalized message, your name.(gift from)

We will wrap your present and send a personalized card with your purchase to the shipping address given. We will confirm we have wrapped and shipped your gift to the person and approx. time for arrival.
